Return & Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your wellness experience, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid any fees. Special events require at least 5 days notice for cancellation for a full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours — A fee equal to the full value of the service will be charged. Rescheduling 3–24 hours before — A $35 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling less than 3 hours before — A fee equal to the full value of the service will be charged. No-Show Policy — Failure to appear without prior notice will result in a charge of the full experience fee. Late Arrivals — Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience to accommodate other appointments. No late arrivals will be accepted for classes, and the full class fee will be charged.

Practitioner-led events and workshops require full payment to hold your spot. Due to limited capacity and practitioner scheduling, stricter notice requirements apply. Cancellation / Rescheduling — Cancel or reschedule at least 5 days prior to the event for a full refund. Late Cancellations & No-Shows — Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit full payment. Transfers — If you can't attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with advance notice, provided the event is not sold as non-transferable and the replacement attendee agrees to event terms.

Membership and package purchases are non-refundable but are transferable. Package and program credits do not expire, so there is nothing to extend — use them whenever you are ready. Gift card purchases are non-refundable. SoliVana gift cards never expire and can be used at your convenience. In accordance with California law, a gift card with a remaining balance of less than $15 may be redeemed for its cash value on request.

Return Window — We accept returns of unopened and unused retail products within 14 days of purchase. Refund Method — Eligible returns are processed as a full refund or exchange within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
